I‘m not thrilled about this collection.. Haven’t we seen these shades of colors before?
I’ve seen them IRL , and they’re absolutely beautiful, hands down, nice colors. I just dont think they’re particularly new and innovative..
The teal/turqouise (Lost Labyrinth) is really cute and the blue (Water Park – old color as well as the Hot Pop Pink one) so hot. The last pink (butterfly queen) one is with some kind of crazy glitter foil – I’m sure a lot of girls are gonna like that one.
Yaj! My personal favorite is hands down – easy and simple nailart.
Here I’m wearing the new CND Shellac color Dandelion from the Flora & Fauna Collection. But I wanted a little something extra on them, so I added gold foil at the cuticle area with gold foil.
Here’s how to.. (Trust me, you’ll be like, DOH! When you see how easy it is 😛 )
Allright, they’re all over the internet and Instagram as well.. This shape, ballerinas.
At first sight, I definately didn’t like them. For me it looked half-done, chubby and non-flattering. But seeing it again and again I got used to it, and I must say, on the perfect nailtype I absolutely adore it!
I’m wearing ballerinas right now. For me it’s a perfect alternative. I’ve been wearing stillettos for so long, and getting a bit bored I’ve tried to go back square, but at this point it is still a little bit too ghetto for my fingers. This shape, ballerinas (Love the cute name as well) is really flattering on my nails.
That being said, I love the shape, but it definately doesn’t work for everybody. I’ve seen a lot of salons where they just follow this new trend, and shape all f the clients like this. And that’s a shame! It should only be shaped on natural long and and curved nails.
I randomly picked up some images on the internet, for my do’s with this shape.
Happy shaping! 😛
J ust make sure that you dont do this shape on a shorter or wide nail, it really doesn’t look flattering.
These absolute beautiiiiies was released last week. This is truly the first collection af CND Shellac Colors, in which I adore all of the colors. They’re amazing.. And this time I gave the additives a go as well. I have to be honest, I didn’t quite like them up until now. They’re really easy to work with, compared to the first launch of the additives. So here I am. Crazy in love with this collection – colors AND additives! I’m wearing Salmon Run on enhancements This is Blackpool and the new additives; Silver Ponyfoot, Fragrant Fresia and NectarGlaze
